Gio

    Gio was born and raised outside Philadelphia. He attended LaSalle College High School where he began his artistic studies in Ceramics and painting. Throughout the years, traveling around the country and the world expanded his artistic vision into multiple mediums.

In 2002 He began traveling to New York City for acting and modeling jobs. Gio learned the ins and outs of being a performance artist, and acquired knowledge about photography from a model and actor's perspective. 

 

He later began filming various commercials as a cameraman for a TV station, where he started his first production company. From there, Gio started creating his own film projects, working on both sides of the camera.

Being a painter and visual artist as well, Gio was inspired by his travels through Europe, where he visited many museums and observed different kinds of architecture in various regions. Submersing himself in different cultures and getting to know the influences in different styles of art has affected every form of art he does today - from painting, to photography, to filming.

 

Since moving to Los Angeles in 2011, Gio has been writing, directing, producing, casting, and acting in his own projects. He has honed his skills in painting, camera work, and editing film and still photography. 

 

Adding to his many artistic endeavors, Gio has begun to share his acquired knowledge through career consulting. Mainly focused on acting work in television and film, he advises up and coming actors based on his own experiences navigating the LA (and New York) scene, and course work taken at studios on both coasts.
